Import / Export Option Set Translations
Overview#
The Import/Export Option Sets’ Translation feature allows you to manage translated option labels and content in bulk using CSV files.
This is especially useful if you sell in multiple languages or want to quickly update translations without editing each option manually in the app.
Export Translations#
1. Go to the Aris Option page and select the option sets you want to export.
Click Export → Translation.
2. Choose the export range:
- All option sets on the current page
- All option sets in the store
- Only selected sets
3. Select language and Click Export again to download the CSV file.
You will receive a CSV file containing all the option sets with their translation fields. This file can be shared with translators or modified directly.
Import Translations
1. Navigate to the Aris Option page and select Import → Translation.
2. Choose Add file and then Select your CSV file containing the updated translations.
3. Click Open to upload the file, then click Upload to import it into option sets.
Review the imported data, then click Save so the translations will apply across your storefront.
CSV Translation Fields
When exporting or importing translations, the CSV will include special fields for localized content, in addition to the core option fields.
This is a German translation example. The language should change according to your selection during import/export.
