Export order with Aris option using Syncx Order Export

By default, Aris stores option selections in order properties. However, Shopify’s built-in order export does not include this field (line_item_properties).

As a result, to export orders with Aris option details, you’ll need to use a third-party order export app.No worries — the recommended app in this case offers a free plan.

To ensure Aris option details appear in exported files, configure SyncX Order Export to include properties fields when exporting orders.

Step 1: Create a new export

1. Open SyncX: Order Export in your Shopify admin
2. Click Create New

Step 2: Add export fields

1. Click Add Export Fields

Step 3: Include Aris option data (Properties)

1. In the field search box, type properties
2. Select the relevant properties fields
   • This ensures Aris option details are included in the export

Step 4: Save the export setup

After selecting the required fields, click Save

Step 5: Verify exported data

1. Run the export
2. Review the data preview to confirm that Aris option details appear correctly

Step 6: Download the CSV file

Click Download CSV to export orders with Aris option data included
